• Customer Database: Eliminated excel sheets and moved all customer data to CRM.
• Active follow ups and Escalations: Lead assignment to sales agent, Configuration of
  Reminder and Task for the follow ups, Email notifications & Escalations if no activity
  performed by sales agents.
• Sales Target: Setting up goals and target for the sales agent
• Mobility: A mobile application so sales agents can update on the go.
• User access and Control: Setting up user access for agents and team leads.
• Integration with Property Platforms:
       ◦ Property Management: A custom module in CRM for property management.
       ◦ Inquiries: Getting inquires if someone contacts through these platforms.
• Analytics Dashboards: Implement dashboards for data analysis and insights.
